Backing up your MySQL Database

MySQL databases can be backup up by logging into your Plesk web site control panel and then selecting Databases >> [relevant MySQL database] >> WebAdmin.

From here you will be taken into phpMyAdmin and can take a copy of your database by clicking the "Export" button available here. Select the necessary options and click the "Go" button when ready to download your database to a text based script file.
