My Details
Use this facility to keep your personal contact details up to date, select your preferred payment method and to change your security details (password/security questions).
My Services
Use this facility to view all the services (including addons) which you currently have with Purple Serve.
My Domains
Use this facility to view all domains you have either registered or transferred to Purple Serve. Within this facility you can manage features of your domains such as the Nameservers, IPS Tag and Contact Information.
My Invoices
Use this facility to view and download all invoices which have been generated for the services held with Purple Serve.
My Support Tickets
Use this feature to raise a new support ticket and to view all closed/unanswered support tickets.
My Emails
This is a useful feature to view all emails which you have received from Purple Serve via our Client Management System. It will not display any emails which have been sent directly from a @purpleserve.co.uk email address.
