In addition to being able to connect to your e-mail boxes using Webmail, you can also connect to them using any PC based e-mail program that supports IMAP/POP3.
To setup your email account on a client such as Outlook you will need to use the mail settings below:
For IMAP
Account type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
SSL Incoming mail server: cloudxx.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk or cloudxx.thundercloud.uk - depending on your server hostname, please contact support if you are not sure what this is.
You can also use mail.yourdomain.com for your SSL incoming server but you must make sure there is an active SSL in place for that.
Port: 143
SSL Port: 993
Username: Full email account
Password: Email account password
For POP3
Incoming mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
SSL Incoming mail server: As above SSL Incoming mail server
Port: 110
SSL Port: 995
Username: Full email account
Password: Email account password
Outgoing Settings
Outgoing mail server: mail.yourdomain.com
SSL Outgoing mail server: cloudxx.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk or cloudxx.thundercloud.uk - depending on your server hostname, please contact support if you are not sure what this is.
You can also use mail.yourdomain.com for your SSL incoming server but you must make sure there is an active SSL in place for that.
Port: 25 (you can try port 25025 if you have issues sending)
SSL Port: 465
Username: Full email account
Password: Email account password
Please make sure you enable outbound authentication if using Outlook. This will use the same credentials as your incoming server.
